The Tuttnauer 2540MK Kwiklave is the high-speed version of the classic 2540 manual autoclave. Engineered for rapid instrument turnaround, the MK version heats faster, recovers quicker between cycles, and delivers some of the fastest gravity sterilization times available in a manual autoclave.
With a larger 10" × 19" chamber, the Kwiklave supports higher load capacity and longer instruments while retaining the legendary durability of Tuttnauer’s manual systems — built with no circuit boards, no processors, and no digital controls.
The 2540MK is ideal for clinics that value speed + simplicity, including dental offices, surgical centers, veterinary practices, tattoo studios, and busy operators that require quick sterilization of unwrapped and lightly wrapped instruments.
