Preventive Maintenance Strategy

Preventive Maintenance (PM) services will be conducted on a quarterly basis, scheduled in advance with the customer to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

To effectively manage the total volume of parts and associated service requirements, we will prioritize components based on condition and urgency. Our goal is to segment and distribute maintenance tasks evenly across the four scheduled PMs, ensuring comprehensive attention to all critical components over the course of the year. This segmentation remains subject to findings during component inspections.

Each PM visit will include a detailed inspection and servicing of the Sterilizer and Boiler, which may include the following tasks:

• Door alignment set screw adjustments

• Door cable tension adjustments

• Cleaning of steam and water strainers

• Cleaning of water level probes

• Power supply voltage calibration

• Printer calibration

• Pressure and temperature calibration

• Inspection of all major components

• Inspection and cleaning of the door gasket and gasket groove

• Repair of water and steam leaks, as necessary

• ​In addition to mechanical service, a test cycle (Bowie-Dick) will be performed during each PM. If required by the customer, a leak test can also be conducted (Dart packs to be provided by the customer).
